Avascular Necrosis

Comments:
Avascular necrosis of femoral bone. The necrotic area has dull yellow color and is sharply demarcated from the hyperemic viable bone. The articular cartilage is intact on the left side. The right two-thirds of the articular cartilage shows degenerative changes with subchondral sclerosis.
