Mammary Paget Disease: Note the presence of intraepidermal carcinoma cells with voluminous, pale eosinophilic cytoplasm, large vesicular nuclei and prominent nucleoli. The Paget cells infiltrate the entire thickness of the epidermis. They may show considerable cytologic atypia and brisk mitotic activity.
