Breast Carcinoma en cuirasse - Case History: The patient was an adult female who presented with a slowly growing left breast mass of 6 months' duration. Erythematous pruritic rash appeared on the skin overlying the breast and upper part of abdomen 1 month back. She noticed papules and nodules two weeks prior to presentation.

Examination revealed a firm to hard left breast mass and papules, plaques, and nodules over the breast. The skin of breast and upper abdomen was thickened and erythematous. Imaging studies showed evidence of disease in the chest wall and axillary lymph nodes in addition to the breast mass. Punch biopsy of the skin lesions and core biopsy of the breast mass revealed triple-negative, high-grade invasive ductal adenocarcinoma.
