Dysplasia in Sessile Serrated Adenoma

Comments:
Sessile serrated adenoma (SSA) with dysplasia. The dysplastic focus is just to the right of the center of the lesion. The prevalence of dysplasia and carcinoma in SSA ranges from 5% to 16%.
