Kaposi Sarcoma

Comments:
The patient was a 60 y/o male who was on immunosuppressive therapy following kidney transplantation. He developed melena 9 months after transplantation and was found to have several bluish-purple, hemorrhagic lesions throughout his stomach which were diagnosed as Kaposi sarcoma.
