Comments:
The small basophilic appearing glands are arranged in multiple lobules separated by fibrotic stroma. They have well-formed open lumens and hyperchromatic nuclei. The tight packing of glands, often around a central duct, gives it a hyperplastic appearance. Note the resemblance to resting breast lobules.
