Comments:
Mixed cellularity classic Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) : Classic Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg (HRS) cells are scattered in a background of mixed inflammatory infiltrate of small lymphocytes, eosinophils, neutrophils, plasma cells, and histiocytes. If any lacunar cell clusters are identified, one should consider the possibility of cellular phase of nodular sclerosis cHL.
