Hodgkin Lymphoma : Differential Diagnosis

Classic Hodgkin Lymphoma - Differential Diagnosis: Many subtypes of non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL), reactive disorders, and even non-hematopoietic neoplasms can show overlapping histologic features with classic Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL). Some cases have hybrid morphologic and phenotypic features between large B-cell lymphomas and cHL and have been referred to as gray-zone lymphomas.
