Nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL): NLPHLs are consistently positive for B-cell transcription factors such as BOB1, OCT1, OCT2 (shown here) and PAX5. There is stronger staining of LP cells and weaker staining of bystander B lymphocytes. Note the complex, multilobed nuclei of the LP cells (popcorn cells).
