Comments:
The center of this image shows a lymphocyte-predominant (LP) cell (aka popcorn cell) with multilobated, folded nucleus and a single prominent nucleolus. It is surrounded by small lymphocytes in a rosette formation; these are T lymphocytes that would be positive for CD3 (see image), CD4, CD57 and also express PD1 and IRF4 (MUM1).
