Microscopic Features of Inverted Papillary Urothelial Neoplasm of LMP: This tumor shows an exophytic papillary component with true fibrovascular cores as well as an endophytic, inverted papilloma-like areas. The lamina propria shows anastomosing cords and nests of urothelial cells without destructive stromal invasion. There is no cytologic atypia.
