Classic histologic pattern of an inverted urothelial papilloma with anastomosing nests, cords, and trabeculae of bland urothelial cells in an endophytic growth pattern. The overlying urothelium is smooth. The intervening stroma consists of loose fibrovascular tissue lacking inflammation.
