The image shows immunostaining with PIN-4 (HMWCK, p63, and racemase cocktail). Partial atrophy retains a fragmented basal cell layer in at least some of the glands. Many glands appear to be completely devoid of basal cells; however, they are morphologically similar to their neighbors with fragmented basal cell layer. Partial atrophy frequently expresses racemase as seen here. Same case as the previous image.
