Comments:
The case of spermatocytic tumor is from a 54 year old male - the tumor had been present for 4 years. The histology confirmed the diagnosis of a spermatocytic tumor. No sarcomatous component was present. There is very little normal testicular tissue remaining. The fluid adjacent to the lobules of tumour had a gelatinous, mucoid quality. Case courtesy of Dr. Kim Billingham, Southmead Hospital, U.K.
