Osteosarcoma in Paget's Disease of Bone

The prognosis of osteosarcoma complicating Paget's disease of bone is grim with practically no survivors at 5 years. Other sarcomas that may be seen in Paget's disease include fibrosarcoma, chondrosarcoma, malignant fibrous histiocytoma, and malignant giant cell tumor.
