Higher magnification of the previous image showing Pageoid bony trabeulae on the left and fibroblastic osteosarcoma on the right. The prognosis of osteosarcoma complicating Paget's disease of bone is grim with practically no survivors at 5 years. Other sarcomas that may be seen in Paget's disease include fibrosarcoma, chondrosarcoma, malignant fibrous histiocytoma, and malignant giant cell tumor.
