Comments:
Treatment & Prognosis: Most adult granulosa cell tumors of the testis are benign. The diagnosis is usually made in radical orchiectomy specimens which is sufficient treatment.

Metastases are seen in about 15% of cases. Features associated with risk of malignancy include large size ( >7 cm), hemorrhage, necrosis, and vascular invasion.

The image shows diffuse sheet-like architecture (the most common pattern) on the right and anastomosing trabeculae separated by collagenous stroma on the left.
