Comments:
Anastomosing Hemangioma of Testis: The image shows anastomosing sinusoidal channels lined by flattened endothelium lacking cytologic atypia. Additional findings that may be seen include vascular thrombi, necrosis, zones of hyalinization, well-developed foci of papillary endothelial hyperplasia, and extramedullary hematopoiesis. The background stroma may show a few scattered lymphocytes (as seen here). The adjacent testicular parenchyma is usually atrophic without spermatogenesis.

Immunohistochemical analysis shows positivity for CD31, CD34, FVIII-related antigen, and FLI-1. The stains for cytokeratin AE1/AE3, EMA, CK8/18, HHV8, PLAP, and hCG are negative.
