Invasive mucinous adenocarcinoma with a predominant lepidic growth pattern. Invasive foci are present in most cases, often with desmoplastic stroma. If invasion is not detected after thorough sampling, the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma-in-situ must be considered if other criteria are met.
