Florid Brunn Nests

Comments:
High power view highlights the lack of cytologic atypia. The linear arrangement of these nests in the lamina propria just beneath the urothelial surface, the lack of cytologic atypia, and sparing of muscularis propria were helpful diagnostic features in distinguishing them from nested variant of urothelial carcinoma.
