Comments:
Mediastinum is one of the most commonly involved sites in Castleman’s Disease. It is a distinct form of lymph node hyperplasia which shows enlarged lymphoid follicles scattered throughout the lymph node. Hyaline-vascular type, as the name suggests, is characterized by marked vascular proliferation and hyalinization.
