Thyroid-like Follicular Carcinoma of the Kidney

Comments:
The tumor frequently contains lymphoid aggregates and may even show germinal center formation. Most tumors are well-circumscribed and have partial or intact capsule. The tumor occupies lower two-thirds of the image. Normal kidney is seen on the upper left. Most of the follicles are small, compact with near solid appearance. A few intermediate size follicles with colloid-like material are present.
