Comments:
Lymphangiomyomatosis in a 35 y/o female. The patient presented with increasing shortness of breath over several months. There is diffuse cystic lung disease with coarse reticular nodular infiltrates. There were bilateral pleural fluid collections which were chylous. A coil is seen in the thoracic duct from an attempt to reduce the recurrent lymphatic leak. Case courtesy of Dr. Andrew Dixon, Radiopaedia.org. From the case rID: 9464
