Comments:
The image shows a radical orchiectomy specimen where the testicular parenchyma has been completely replaced by a mixed germ cell tumor. The components were teratoma (60%), embryonal carcinoma (30%) and seminoma (10%).

The cut surface mostly shows teratoma component consisting of numerous small cysts and pink-tan beaded/nodular areas which were intestinal-type glands surrounded by a cuff of smooth muscle.
