Placental Site Trophoblastic Tumor

Comments:
Clusters of intermediate trophoblastic cells infiltrating the myometrium in a uterine placental site trophoblastic tumor. The tumor cells have large, irregular hyperchromatic nuclei and abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm. Multinucleated forms are quite common.
