Comments:
Spermatocele is a thin-walled cystic structure resulting from the dilatation of an efferent ductile usually in the vicinity of rete testis or head of epididymis. They may be unilocular or multilocular. The cyst is filled with clear, straw-colored fluid containing spermatozoa which permits distinction of spermatocele from hydrocele.
