Comments:
This case has abundance of blastema and stroma with relative paucity of epithelial elements. The blastemal component is seen as small basophilic nodules which are separated by abundant fibroblastic and myxoid stroma. The epithelial component consists of a few tubular structures associated with blastemal nodules, which are better appreciated at higher magnification in the next few images.
