Paget disease (PD) of the breast is almost always ( in 82% to 94% of cases) associated with in-situ or invasive breast carcinoma, usually ductal type. This image shows PD in the right half and associated invasive ductal carcinoma in the left half. Uncommonly, the invasive component is papillary or mucinous carcinoma.
