Comments:
This well-differentiated tumor is a subtype of squamous cell carcinoma and usually presents with an exophytic mass which may become quite large. It infiltrates locally but does not metastasize. The image shows bulbous and finger-like sheets of well-differentiated tumor cells invading the underlying stroma with “pushing” borders.
