Papillary Urothelial Neoplasm of LMP

Comments:
The papillary fronds are lined by 6 to 10 layers of cells. There is orderly maturation to the surface with no cytologic abnormalities. Mitotic activity is not increased. These lesions were classified as papillary urothelial carcinoma, grade I, in the previously used WHO Classification (1973).
