Comments:
Primary Cardiac Angiosarcoma: The tumor is composed of spindle cells arranged in sweeping fascicles. They have moderate amounts of eosinophilic cytoplasm and highly pleomorphic hyperchromatic nuclei. Numerous mitotic figures, including atypical forms, are present. There is no vasoformative activity. Occasional cells have intracytoplasmic vacuoles.
