Comments:
Calcification is a common finding in ganglioneuroblastomas. It may be prominent enough to be detected on plain films. Calcification is usually present in the form of basophilic aggregates (shown here), round concretions, or in a "chicken wire" fashion enveloping individual tumor cells.
