Comments:
Krukenberg tumor presenting as bilateral ovarian masses in a 38 y/o female. She presented with abdominal pain and was found to have tumors involving both ovaries on imaging studies. The left sided tumor measured 10 x 9 x 5 cm and shows portion of ovary and fallopian tube partially embedded within it. The right sided tumor measured 9 x 4 x 3 cm. The cut surface was greyish-white, glistening, and gelatinous with cystic areas. Histopathology showed diffusely infiltrating signet ring cell adenocarcinoma.
