Comments:
Complete hydatidiform mole almost always lacks an embryo/fetus. Before the widespread use of pelvic ultrasound during pregnancies, complete mole usually presented between 11 and 25 weeks with vaginal bleeding and/or excessive uterine enlargement for gestational age.
