Comments:
Myxoid liposarcomas are rather uncommon in the paratesticular region. Most liposarcomas involving the spermatic cord or testicular tunics have well-differentiated lipoma-like or sclerosing appearance as noted in earlier slides. They are relatively hypocellular tumors with conspicuous vasculature and scattered lipoblasts.
