Ganglioneuroma is a benign neoplasm that is most commonly seen in the posterior mediastinum or retroperitoneum. Occasionally, it may arise in the adrenal as in this case. This photomicrograph shows abundant Schwann cells in a myxoid matrix.   return to Other Miscellaneous Adrenal Tumors
