Pheochromocytoma is a neoplasm of neural crest origin arising in the adrenal medulla. This multinodular, fleshy yellow-brown tumor was removed from a 36 year old man. Areas of necrosis, hemorrhage, and cyst formation can be seen.   return to Pheochromocytoma
