Comments:
This patient underwent left radical nephrectomy, adrenalectomy, distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy for adrenal cortical carcinoma. Spleen is seen at the top and the kidney at the bottom of the specimen. The tumor was 16 cm in greatest dimension.
