Comments:
It is a benign, tumor-like lesion consisting of mature adipose tissue with hematopoietic elements arising in the adrenal. Most are asymptomatic and are discovered accidentally. Some may develop necrosis, hemorrhage, cysts, or calcification and may present with flank pain.   return to Myelolipoma
