Comments:
The internodular areas resemble oligodendroglioma and are composed of oligodendroglioma-like cells with perinuclear haloes. Foci resembling pilocytic astrocytoma or ganglioglioma may be present in some cases. Mitoses, endothelial hyperplasia, or necrosis are usually absent.
