Primary renal angiosarcoma is an extremely rare tumor with less than 2 dozen cases reported in the literature (Arch Pathol Lab Med 1998 Oct; 122(10):929-35). This illustration shows anastomosing vascular channels with minimal atypia in the lining endothelium.
