Alcoholic steatohepatitis comprises macrovesicular steatosis, hepatocellular damage, inflammation, and fibrosis. The portal tract in this image shows an inflammatory infiltrate (which is usually composed of neutrophils and CD4+ or CD8+ T-cells) as well as a ductular reaction.
