Apocrine Carcinoma with Paget's Disease

slide 72 of 116

Comments:
This is a high-power view of the previous image. The Paget's cells have abundant pink cytoplasm and large nuclei with prominent nucleoli and penetrate as single cells towards the superficial aspect of the squamous epithelium. At the bottom aspect of the field, poorly differentiated apocrine carcinoma is seen.
