Eccrine spiradenoma is a benign, adnexal neoplasm which presents as a painful, firm, flesh-colored nodule. Most often, it occurs as a solitary lesion in adults, although other variants have been described. On low magnificaion, it consists of a well-circuscribed nodule composed of basophillic cells.
