Compared to the previous image, the tumor cells are more uniform in size. The cells have vesicular nuclei and prominent nucleoli. In poorly-differentiated tumors, well-formed ducts may difficult to identify. In these cases, it is important to look for intracytoplasmic duct-like lumina.
