Comments:
Superficial spreading melanoma with spindle cell morphology. There are epithelioid atypical melanocytes scattered through all levels of epidermis. The invasive component is composed predominantly of spindle cells some of which contained fine dusty melanin. The tumor invaded through papillary dermis but not into reticular dermis (Clark Level 3).
