Comments:
Multilocular cystic nephroma (Multilocular cyst, cystic nephroma) is usually seen in infancy but may occur at any age. The lesion is solitary and sharply demarcated from the surrounding parenchyma. It consists of small and large cysts lined by smooth walls lacking papillary projections. The cysts do no communicate with each other or with renal pelvis and may be filled with serous fluid.
