Ameloblastoma is the most common epithelial odontogenic tumor and comprises about 1% of tumors and cysts involving the jaws. Radiographs show a lytic lesion with the appearance of a multiloculated cyst (as seen here). Multiple radiolucent areas can also create a soap-bubble appearance.
