Paraganglioma of Bladder

Comments:
This paraganglioma has abundant amphophilic cytoplasm. The nests (Zellballen) are indistinct. The biologic behavior of paragangliomas cannot be predicted from histologic features. About 10% of bladder paragangliomas behave in a malignant fashion and are capable of metastases.
