Primary angiosarcoma of urinary bladder is extremely rare. Exposure to arsenic, thorium dioxide, polyvinyl chloride, radiation, and chemotherapeutic agents etc. are risk factors. This bladder biopsy shows anastomosing vascular channels lined by atypical endothelial cells just beneath urothelial lining.   return to Benign & Malignant Mesenchymal Neoplasms in Bladder
