Comments:
High power view shows moderate cytologic atypia and frequent mitotic figures. It may show extensive necrosis. Due to its appearance, it may be mistaken for squamous cell carcinoma. This is a malignant tumor that may metastasize to lung and other sites.   return to Epithelioid Trophoblastic Tumor
